Genome wide identification of mungbean (Vigna radiata [L.] R. Wilczek) Late Embryogenesis Abundant (LEA) protein gene family

Abstract Mungbean ( Vigna radiata L. Wilczek) an important legume crop with valuable nutritional and health benefits is severely affected by drought conditions. Desiccation tolerance a capacity of seeds to survive maintain physiological activities during storage stress LEA proteins are group associated that help the plants water deficit stress. Here we have performed genome-wide analysis mungbean VrLEA ) genes, also insilico physical/functional characterization. Gene-positioning showed 307 VrLEAs present in all eleven chromosomes, but unevenly distributed.Upstream promoter sequence genes revealed occurrence MYB transcription factor (TF)in higher number compared other TFs i.e ., bZIP, AP2, WRKY, NAC bHLH.Further, downstreamed our fewer , based on responsive data. The obtained from earlier experimental data were examined for its organelle localization found they intracellular functional proteins.
